A day At Grandpa's 3-9-2008

It finally feels like spring has arrived! I know it very well might snow again tomorrow, but it sure feels good for now. We came up to Bonners last night for the weekend. The boys just love coming up here and being able to run around and play. I probably love it more than anyone. It's great to let the kids run and play without worrying about cars and child snatchers and all those scary things. Dad has been clearing the woods behind his house. Hans helps him when he can. The boys and I went out for awhile too. Timothy has a perfect terror of fires going out of control. It took a huge amount of consoling, and reassuring to get him out the door. Once he was out there he really loved it. We found what is left of Dad's hay in his hay barn. The deer have found the barn and it has become a huge feasting place. They congregate in here everynight and enjoy themselves. Timothy loved climbing all over the hay. Christopher sat exactly where I set him, and did not move at all. He is terrified of heights. Must get my little family to bed now. Jo

Rachel Oxley Untitled Comment I'm extremely distraught over you guys not coming...:( I think it will take a week of proper moping before i get over it. I just hope it works out before too long! I had to laugh remembering Timothy's Byler nerves around fires:) Dear little Christopher has grown so much I about can't stand it. It has been entirely too long!
